Update: I guess their systems were just a bit slow today. Got an email this afternoon that looked like it was sent to everyone on the flight explaining the issue and offering compensation. Went onto the appreciation site and was offered 15000mi or $300 or 20% e-cert. Took the $300; so I'm a happy(er) camper now.
