So I went to ual.com and was able to get the same flights for only $5 more. Quickly and easily. Miles posted but PQDs stayed "pending" a long time before going to "ineligible". First email response I got back was that MS flights are not eligible, only partner airlines or Star carriers ticketed on 016 stock.....

Not big dollars but I am wondering if we now need to track all those PQDs more carefully. Clearly we cannot rely on UA to do this.
