I think several people on here may tell you that 2 hours for a connection at GRU can be pushing it, depending on time of day, as one would need to clear Immigration and Customs. And then to try and get to CGH might take and hour and a half itself, again depending on time of day as traffic in Sao Paulo can be horrendous at times.
