Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked : Standard king room
Received:King One bedroom suite. two bathrooms, sitting area, two tv's.
How are the rooms?
The room was very nice. Large bathroom with TV in bathroom, sitting area with table, pull out couch and nice bed. Two Bathrooms
How is the exec. lounge?
Very good. Breakfast had all sorts of things including smoked salmon. Lunch had soup of the day. In the evening they had happy hour and appetizers nightly.
What was your welcome gift?
Fruit Water Letter, and truffles
Did you receive fruit in the room?
Yes.
How was the Minibar?
Well Stocked - Was in the room one day when the lady came to refill. Told her I liked the one beer she came back with a 6 pack and stocked it every day.
What was good and what was bad?
Bad: Nothing really just feel the rooms need some work
Good: RA Treatment, Club access, with club access the also had free pressing service for clothing which was great for getting the suit and dress shirts ironed.
Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Pricey because it was during conference . Would return on lower rate for vacation
