I decided to log in and see if the return flight had posted and got a message saying I had no activity for this period. The drop down calendar now ends 12/31/2013. I thought the site was having issues. Now it sounds like they have made another bad customer service. This is totally unnecessary and unhelpful.
just checked mine........same thing, thought it was a fluke and would check it again. ugh!!
