Their IT system is badly hobbled - limited functionality, incomplete data loading, sporadic downtimes - really competing for the bottom with SQ.
Their agents (whether English or Cantonese) are outsourced and sometimes inadequately trained but I expect they are also hobbled by the same bad IT as we are.
