Hmmm. I don't recall any balconies at the Grand. Then again, I have a height phobia, so I usually just shut the curtains if I am on a high floor. Make sure you get a north or west facing room for the best views.
I have, in fact, stayed in the balcony/rooftop suite at the Westin Nova Scotia; a property with the strangest access ever to get to the pool!
