A question and a comment....
Question: If I make a reservation on SPG points for 4 nights (at the 2013 points rate) and then cancel a night after the 2014 changes go into effect, will that void my reservation (or otherwise screw up my getting the room at 2013 levels for the remaining 3 nights of the reservation)?
I've made a few reservations on SPG points in the past few days and NONE of them are showing under 'My Stays.' I know the reservations went through because I got an email and when I manually search the conf# the reservation comes up, but why are these hidden from my account? Can this glitch please be fixed ASAP?
