This might not stick around for a while. I just noticed new language (not previously announced?) in the "Same Day Standby Upgrades" section at the bottom of this page:

Two big changes:
1) TCON routes are now excluded from the standby upgrade program
2) Upgrade prices are now tiered depending on fare class
Surprised to see neither of these changes have been announced or noted elsewhere (unless I missed them).
