Weird. Last night, I'm using the meta search engines looking for hotel deals in Germany and I find a Best Western that I'd like to stay in on HRS.com for about 30 euros cheaper than the bestwestern.com rate (or anyone else's rate). I don't stay in BW's very frequently (crummy loyalty program, I guess) but I recall they have a BRG. I pull it up: it says "North America" only.

I give up, and just book the room on HRS. And now I see your comment.

The problem though would have been that the rate in non-refundable. Not sure how you deal with that in a BRG scenario. It's too risky.
