I believe that the Peruvian Starwood properties are being discussed more on Flyertalk so I thought I would point out that the Four Points Miraflores opened up last year and was put as a category 3. Since they've been open they've consistently been the same price or cheaper than the Sheraton Lima that is a category level 2.
I'm curious why the Four Points Miraflores did not lower a category 2 property?
Sheraton Lima probably has a ton of rooms that are sold at airline crew (and also, distressed passenger) rates.
