I can't see AC doing this unless other airlines do the same thing.
As for paper certs, I'm too new for that. But last year, eUps treated me well. This year is off to a really rocky start, But having a familiar and friendly SD on a flight who came to chat with me in Y offset the pain of sitting in Y
