I got the impression that I could have ordered off the menu, if I wanted, for my Diamond amenity.
The buffet is pretty much what you would expect. On the hot side, oatmeals, bacon, sausage, potatoes, scrambled eggs, waffles, and cinnamon rolls. There is also an omelette bar where you can have eggs made to order.
The cold side has some fruit, breads, cheese, and cold cuts.
