No, Galleries Club upstairs is a 2, and was last inspected in September 2013. All of the LHR lounge have been inspected under the Baxter Storey management, and until this month, scored either a 2, 3 or 4. We now have a 5 for the CCR to add to the mix of scores!
You say that the "game changer" for the CCR was the new kitchen - I don't agree with this, and if Baxter Storey implied that this was the case than they were being disingenuous. When you look at the reasons behind the scores, it's the performance of staff (including management) that is the main reason behind the poor scores.
