$55 + taxes/fees a reasonable drop fee for changing itin?

I'm in Kona now and have a 14 day, KOA/KOA, rental with Dollar. Yesterday I decided to fly home from Hilo (better connections). I called Dollar CS twice and both reps told me there would be a $55 + taxes/fees drop charge. The total will be $69.xx. They said I could pay in Hilo when I dropped off the car. My contract doesn't mention a fee but just that there will be fee for changing drop location. Has anyone done this? Makes me a little nervous with nothing in writing.

Does the fee seem reasonable? I'm going to pay it but the amount seemed a little high. I've rented a lot of cars but this is my first experience with changing drop off locations.
