There were three other tickets:
YYJ-YVR-SEA-YVR-YYJ

All that, plus two hotel nights, was about $2900.
It was more of a "badge run" than a mileage run
Anyway, my point is just that this can absolutely be done over the phone. If it can be ticketed at all, AC can do it.
