2/15 Statement closing date for card #1
2/? Cancel card #1 to avoid AF (my understanding is that I have 30 days from the posting of the AF to cancel)
2/25 Complete minimum spend for card #2
What I’m not sure about is when I can expect the miles to post for card #1. Do they post when the spend is met? Or is it after the statement closing date?
My goal is to churn it and only pay the AF once.
So, will this work? Are there other factors that I need to consider? Any input is appreciated.
They should post when your statement cuts. Your statement will say how many AA miles were made and how many were posted to your AAdvantage account. Is this your first Citi AA card? Also, did your AF post with your first statement for card #1?
