Haven't churned this card but I am sure that 8 days is the minimum. So 9, 10 and so on is fine.
In fact the more days you have after first approval the better - as long as the offer is still available of course.

For those who already successfully churned this and got a 2nd card, did you cancel the first card? since if you cancel it within 30 days you don't have to pay AF.
