Upgrade confirmation & co-pay
Just requested the first upgrade of the year, and got a Waitlist notification. This got me thinking, if I have to pay the $500 co-pay, would it show as 'Confirmed' before I had made the payment?
Has anybody requested and received an upgrade and paid the co-pay yet? How does that process work? I assume you must be asked to pay on check-in, or at the gate even.
