Purchased a ticket over the phone late last week - had to call and use an agent as I was using a paper travel voucher. Mailed it last Friday to the address given to me by the agent. Itin is visible on my AA.com account but still "ticket pending" not ticketed. How long does it take usually? I thought one week would be sufficient to process it. Will call later today most likely.
