You are getting 1 Aeroplan to ~0.68 RBC, hence without any transfer promo from RBC, that is the rate you are getting to BA / AA at 1 RBC to 1 BA/AA ratio.
I read the Aeroplan to US Airway directly on Points.com is back up and you can get 1:0.80+ ratio if you put an non-Cdn address. Maybe others can comment on this route.
