The Sheraton is better located than the Hilton for most purposes but normal rooms and (unless they've changed it) the club room itself are quite small. Even the suites aren't huge by any means. But I too would pick it over the Grand.
Didn't notice any vertigo at the Hilton, but yes as it is 3 hotels in one there can be a long walk to the club room.

As for the Sheraton, yes there is a new and large club room. I've only been in Exec suites and a junior suite at the Sheraton so far this year, but they seemed large enough for me.
