That text is gone for me. But maybe it's because of cookie or country issues (maybe because I was logged in before).
Also, the customer (non-)service is not responding to my e-mail, so I don't have certainty. I cannot take a $350 gamble.
I will try to call Hertz in the US. And I will also try to sign up for the USAA, just in case.

And on that page, I see the following, which includes the text you refer to:
USAA is a quick and easy sign up. You do not have to be associated with the military to get the Hertz benefit. You will have a limited form of membership for non-military people.
But either way, if you can show a reservation confirmation with no age differential fee, I'm not sure where the risk is. Especially if you can show the age differential fee appearing in a reservation that does not include the CDP.
