Change to Status Match
Reference statement above: "Airtran A+ Elite will be given A-List status on Southwest." Please change.
Yesterday I was denied status match. Agent said can you only have status match for one year. Since I had it last year she said no.
Very poor customer service and I will fly other airlines when I cannot book on SWA. Not going to fly Air Tran as some of the international destinations are not in SWA system yet. I've got two planned in May/June. So SWA/AirTran you loose 4 round trips. Guess my travel is not important to you.
