CW service on a 2 class aircraft
Although a Brit ex-pat I nailed my colours to the AA mast about 10 years ago when I had a lot of TATL travel.
One thing I found on AA was that the service in business class on a 2-class 763 was usually better than on a 3-class 777. There was always a feeling that being the "upper" of the two classes beat being trumped by the F cabin on the 777.
I'm booked in CW on the new LHR-AUS service which will be my first TATL BA flight not in F. I reckoned that landing in my home town as opposed to Dallas or Houston was worth foregoing the JW Blue. It will be interesting to see if the same perception of better service applies on a 2-class BA flight.
Anyone have an experiences or thoughts about this?
