It doesn't specifically say that they're the same seats. It just says "the new seats". There's no problem reading it like this:
"We have completed installing the new [A319/A320] seats on 44 Airbus 319s and 320s and expect to complete the Airbus fleet by the end of 2014. All the new 737-900ER deliveries will have the new [737] seats, and we will begin retrofitting our existing 737-800s and 737-900ERs this summer."
