Usually it just consists of me sending them exact flight numbers I want and then they execute the ticket. But they got involved in this one because they thought there were problems (the nested RT).
I sent an email to delta to get an official opinion before I bring it to them.
It's called a nested trip -- I'm looking at a group tour where I have to fly to one city RT and the group goes some where else by plane RT on a different airline that doesn't even code share with Delta.
