Runway takeoff limits are generally set so a plane can accelerate to takeoff/rotation speed, reject the takeoff (abort! abort!), and safely slow to a stop. A 737 can go from stop to off the ground in under 4000 feet, but not by terrible alot.

A 737 should be able to roll and takeoff from PLK while not operating with passengers. They'll do the math, and either pull the seats and fuel (if needed) and fly it out tmrw morning probably. They might need a special crew or other considerations, as well.
