So, I figured this would be a good place to offer up this story:
I've been with Citibank for ages. Since my credit history began around 1998. Churned a couple of times, great credit, never a late payment blah blah blah. I STILL have a Citi AAdvantage Mastercard open currently...applied for the 60k offer on the Elite (after all, Amex Platinum won't work after March 22). Short story long, I was approved for a second Mastercard with Citi.
YMMV, but I am hoping for a quick little 60k bonus and from what I have had in the past, I should be getting those after the spending is hit.
