I received my card in the mail today and was able to move credit limit from an existing card. Make sure you move the limit from a card that is more than 13 months old. I tried to move credit recently over the phone and was told by a supervisor that you are not able to do it with an account that is under 13 months. While you can't believe everything that is said, I was denied a credit limit transfer about 6 months ago and the card was only 8 months old.
