I just tried to book Business awards on LH from MIA to NCE not on a Saturday or Wednesday. Both UA and LH shows availability but US says there isn't any. Is there a solution. Calling back? but awful long holds. Tried to give the agent flight numbers.
Frustrating as I'm trying to use US miles while you can still book Star Alliance.
