Seatguru ist outdated. All TPE-LAX 773 have the new Royal Laurel (lie flat).
If the TPE-BKK sector is on 773 they have Royal Laurel as well since they continue from BKK-AMS/LHR. But if it's a 332 or 333 its angled.
