Specifically, I'm looking at a HNL-LIH departure. Fares between Island and Go! are nearly the same, with only a 15 minute difference in departure time. Any advantage of one over the island, other than more daily Go! departures.

Your choice is really simple: Fly HA. Better on-time performance. More carry-on space. More reliable. More flight options.
