So here's my experience using Serve card.
Loaded 150 for 2 consecutive days online using my Chase Freedom no problem. 3rd day it wouldn't allow me and prompted me to call. I called Serve and they just wanted to verify the card was mines and not a gift card. They verified the card was mine by contacting Chase. All loads after the confirmation call has been good. I also attempted to load in CVS with credit card and can confirm loading with Chase (CSP $300) and Barclays (Sallie Mae $300) codes as a purchase. I attempted to use a Amex gift card 100 fixed value from the OM deal going on this week and it failed. Tried 2 different CVS and both wouldn't load. I did use another (JCB $100) and that worked prefectly. I then learned when I called in to register the Amex gift cards the rep noticed a declined charge at CVS and told me the cards need 70mins before it can be activated. I then tried at CVS again to load the Amex gift cards (100 fixed value) and it went through no problem. So far, I'm liking this card more than BB
