I'd agree with your comments that The Wing is very nice indeed especially for the food
The Bridge certainly has a more relaxing feel to it as well as giving a good view of the Apron. I would do it in that order again the next time I am there.

(Not that I am comparing but these were taken at night time. I found your photos excellent ^ and shows the place much, much better in the daytime and nice to see the different angles from mine)
When I was there the pillars with The Bridge at the top of the escalator weren't there (IIRC!) as I had a little trouble finding it at first.
