J LH inbound, Y SH outbound
I've bought the following tickets for my parents: 2 PNRs,
1. CDG-HKG on CX in J
2. HKG-HAN on KA in Y (leaving 3 hours after CDG flight arrival)
Based on OW rules, I understand they should have access to departing lounge in HK, however eligibility for a short haul flight in coach based on long haul arriving business flight is not mentioned on CX website.
they don't have any OW status
What's the best way for them to ensure they will have lounge access without having to argue with dragon (request invite in Paris, ask confirmation to customer service by email earlier?)
