We're working on a huge project for early next year that I can't talk about in detail yet, but a component of it will focus on gaming loyalty programs.
I'm heading to Vegas next week to speak with executives at MGM and Caesars about their companies' respective programs as part of research for the project. Since I'll be meeting with them and have the opportunity to ask a pretty wide range of questions about their programs, I wondered if any of you had a particular question you'd like me to ask or think would be worth asking?
I'll be sure to pass along any responses in this thread!
I'm trying to lock in a few other programs, too, so I'll post an update once I confirm any additional meetings in case you have questions about other programs outside of Mlife and Total Rewards.
