Italy Honors Visa

There is a good offer in Italy only to get the HHonors Visa:

basically for 75€ / year you get:
- 20000 miles on signup
- 20000 additional miles if you spend 750€ in the first three months
- 'lifetime' Gold status as long as the Visa is active
