Saturday 2nd segment left DFW an hour late, due to not having ground equipment to start the S80 (so they told us)

Also, the First/premium counter had no idea how to retrieve my premium drink voucher/coupon bundled with my choice plus fare - told me to call AA customer service

Used webform to note these problems, received 5000 miles a day later
