If you believe the OP...but I don't. First action is telling the OP she will get the airport police and then THROWING the Kindle at him and missing?? Really?? And EVERYONE on board a US airline is fully aware - painfully so - of the new FAA rule. One would have to believe the FA was just released from a mental hospital to believe the OP. I suppose that's possible but the odds must be a million to one against it.
