This backbone is in place already. Hence there are folks in several forums that are Ambassadors. These folks have exhibited a strong knowledge of that forum, and are willing to help folks with questions, and just welcoming of new members to the forum or site in general.

Moderators are also a nice resource many times, or there are also individual 'newbie' flame free forums in many specific programs. This is more a survey of FT
