0 for my last 10 on pre-Check (AA)

Am I just incredibly unlucky, or is something wrong here?

When I first got invited to the program (through AA PLAT status) it worked great.
Now I am 0 for my last 10.
My name matches exactly on my reservations as my AA account (FIRST MIDDLE LAST format).
I have the green check mark and "Known Passenger" in my AA account info.

Most of my tickets are booked through a corporate travel agent, but that shouldn't matter, should it?

Any ideas before I e-mail AA? I'm really at a loss here.
