J class had 7 rows 1-1-1 but I think for capacity control or whatever only 18 seats are available.

Interesting. The 9W A332 has rows 1-10 in J in 1-1-1 layout, but on expertflyer the seatmap is showing only rows 1-6 available, so I guess EY is blocking the last 4 rows.
