I booked an ANA ticket a while back via Travelocity (thru Kayak) and it looks like I may need to change the reservation, and want to find out the details on that. I called ANA and they said to call Travelocity, as they were the ones who sold the ticket. When I called Travelocity, they told me the ticket was non-refundable but couldn't offer me more information, and suggested to call ANA but it needs to be during the normal business hours. I am a little panic at this point, am I going to lose the full value of this itinerary? Who really have the say?

This language below is from my itinerary, and it is not very clear about the change policy.


Change Policy
Ticket changes may incur penalties and/or increased fares. Some tickets do not allow changes. In addition to increased fares, if allowed, changes may be subject to fees/penalties (fees/penalties vary based on factors such as airline, market, and the applicable fare rules, and may be $150 or more for domestic flights and $200 or more for international flights, plus a $40 reissue fee from Travelocity; additionally, some airlines only allow the residual value of cancelled tickets to be used for future travel). If allowed, changes may be required to be made prior to departure. If you fail to fly any segment of your itinerary, some airlines will automatically cancel the remainder of your flights and they will lose all value; no further changes or refunds will be allowed. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking without penalty. Otherwise, tickets are non-refundable.
