Info on seats is here from the DL rep. To fit that many they are definitely slimline seats.. hopefully more comfortable than what is in the 757 or 737-800s.
The only 757s with slimline seats (Weber/Zodiac 5751) currently are the 75Es. The 75Xs have Weber 5150s, while the non-AVOD PMDL 752s have an even older model of Weber seat. The PMNW 757 fleet, depending on aircraft, have older models of seats (not slimline) by either Burns Aerospace (5500s), Recaro (earlier 5600s), or B/E Aerospace (later 5600s and all 753s).
