If you are looking for a Malay-centric food centre, Geylang Serai Market is probabaly the best known (and also somewhat infamous due to a food poisoning case, but that's more than a few years back).

That would be Toastbox. Toastbox is fantastic for the thick toast, especially the pork floss thick toast. Never knew pork floss and condensed milk can go so well together.

Not sure if there is a Toastbox is every terminal, but the other equivalent brands would be Ya Kun (the best of the lot imo for authentic kaya toast) and Wangs.
