I wrote customer service an actual letter in late August THEN followed up via the website with an issue about Elite upgrades and.... radio silence.
I think they've just stopped caring.
Also of note - now been on three flights leaving ATL when the GA didn't even announce biz class to board. It's "We welcome our A+ Rewards and Elite members and those in zone 1 to board." It's as if they already want us to start thinking about biz class being non-existent.
