I sat row 16 a couple weeks ago. Leg room is okay but nothing great. Like any bulkhead there's nothing to stretch your legs under, but you have room to begin with.
Row 28 had loads of legroom and I would consider it next time, although the A seat has to deal with the slide a bit.
