What's bmi's head of in-flight catering doing these days?

BA appears to be having problems in its main lounge in T5. Such as food that should be chilled is too warm, food that needs to be kept warm is too cold and the eggs are out of date.

BA needs to offer a bmi-style cheese toastie in the lounge. No germs will survive that! I'm still struggling to work out how a professional catering company could mess up with one of their most high profile clients.
