So if I'm reading the connection rules right, then a dash means that you can visit all of those places in the stated order, but you can also skip any stop. For stops separated by a slash, you can visit any one of them on a particular leg.

There is actually less flexibility on the outbound than you might think. Despite the late departure, you have the time zones working against you coming from the west coast to ATL. The options are limited, unless you want to overnight somewhere or double red-eye (not me!).

There's actually a lot more room to maneuver on the way back because of the 6AM arrival in ATL and you have the time zones working in your favor.

Also, ATL>SCL>AEP only adds 80 MQMs over ATL>EZE because of the reduced earnings on AR. So adding SCL wouldn't be worth it other than to have the additional stop. And I haven't been able to add a stopover in SCL and keep the pricing.
